Charles Marriott, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Clinical Director, Founder & Owner

Charles is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and licensed by the Nevada Board of Psychological Examiners. Charles has worked with families and their children with Autism ranging in age from 2-to 16-years since February, 2004. Charles earned his B.A. in Psychology from Loyola Marymont University with honors in 2004 before completing his Masters in Special Education at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2012. Autism Care West was established in 2009 to continue his passion for helping children with Autism reach their unique potential using ABA methodologies. Charles overseas & leads the Autism Care West team.

Yelena Marriott, M.A.
Director of Operations & Owner

Yelena is an important part of the Autism Care West team and you will likely speak with her over the phone and receive emails from her. Yelena is in charge of the company's systems supports and information technology, as well as personnel and marketing departments. She holds a Bachelors degree from Franklin Pierce University, NH, and MA from University of Las Vegas, NV. Yelena is also an officer in the military.

Clarissa Moreno, M.S.
Supervising Behavior Consultant

Clarissa earned a Bachelors of Science in Human Development & Family Studies with an emphasis in Early Childhood from The University of Nevada Reno in 2006. She has since completed BACB pre-approved curriculum from the Florida Institute of Technology and will sit for the Board Certification exam in May 2014. Clarissa has worked closely with children with autism and other development delays since 2006 and has been instrumental in helping these children experience successful peer interactions for meaningful relationship development. Clarissa has specialized experience working with preadolescent and adolescent girls.

Traci Fenton, M.Ed.
Supervising Behavior Consultant

Traci’s career in ABA and Autism began in 2008. She completed her B.A. in Special Education in the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2011, and earned her Masters in Education with an emphasis on Inclusion from Concordia University. Traci has been a lead interventionist and a teacher for Clark County School District as well as a Consultant, which allowed her to develop extensive knowledge in working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities and Autism in various settings. Traci’s specialized experience includes adaptive skills (including toilet training) and preparing students for inclusion. She is a valuable member of Autism Care West.

Chantal Rainford, B.A., RBT
Senior Behavior Technician & Consultant

Chantal began working in the field of ABA & Autism in 2008 and has been with Autism Care West since early 2015. Chantal is a mother of three including a son with autism who received intensive in-home ABA intervention. Chantal understands the importance of ABA services and the dedication that parents must bring to the process. Chantal has met the requirements to sit for the national board certification exam in February 0f 2016.

Lauren Smillie, RBT
Senior Behavior Technician & Consultant

Lauren began her career in ABA & Autism in 2010 and has been dedicated to improving lives ever since. Lauren is a Registered Behavior Technician through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and provides Intervention, Social Skills, and Consulting services. Lauren has proven to be as dependable as they come. Lauren is loved and respected for her impressive commitment to the families she works with, her patience, and her overall commitment to ABA & Autism. Lauren has worked diligently with numerous different children across varying ages and skill levels and she looks forward to completing her education and advancing herself in the field of ABA and autism. Lauren has proven to be an invaluable member of the Autism Care West team.

Katie Randolph, B.S., RBT
Senior Behavior Technician & Consultant

Katie is a Senior Behavior Technician registered with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Katie has worked diligently with several different children across varying ages and skill levels since 2010. Katie's broad experience is a proven asset when working with children with special needs utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Katie looks forward to continuing her education and advancing herself in the field of ABA and autism, as she has proven to be an invaluable member of the Autism Care West team.

A.J. Moyer, RBT
Senior Behavior Technician

A.J. "Albert" Moyer began working in the field of ABA & Autism in 2010. AJ is an excellent Interventionist and is instrumental in the training of new Interventionists. A.J. is loved and respected for his impressive patience and calm demeanor, is a student of language, and provides unique knowledge to the development of learning to read lessons such as Phonetics and Phonological Awareness. A.J. has worked diligently with over a dozen different children across varying ages and skill levels. A.J. looks forward to completing his education and advancing himself in the field of ABA and autism, as he has proven to be an invaluable member of the Autism Care West team.

Kendra Antill, B.A., RBT

Senior Behavior Technician

Kendra began her career in ABA and Autism in 2012 and has worked with Autism Care West since 2014. As well, Kendra is a licensed Special Education teacher in CCSD for children with autism. Kendra enjoys working with children and their families and being apart of their tremendous progress. Kendra is particularly adept at teaching advanced communication and cognitive skills, as well as social skill groups, classroom skills, and community-based instruction. Kendra is currently working towards her Masters in Special Education at UNLV and looks forward to growing in the field of ABA.

Vincent Womack, B.A., RBT

Senior Behavior Technician

Vince started his career in ABA & Autism in 2011 as a behavioral interventionist, mentor and peer trainer. Since 2011 Vince quickly built a track record of success with a diverse range of clients ranging from children to young adults. With a true passion for making a difference in the lives of local youth, Vince is also a dedicated football coach and father; his positive attitude, outgoing personality and commitment to success are genuinely refreshing. Vince looks forward to completing his degree in special education and continuing to further his career in ABA & Autism.


Theresa Ferri, B.A., RBT

Senior Behavior Technician

Theresa began working with children with Autism as a behavior interventionist and skills trainer in 2012 since first joining the Autism Care West team. Theresa demonstrates excellent behavior technician skills and is valued by all of the families that she has had the opportunity to work with. Theresa is an avid academic and holds 3 bachelors degrees.

Caitlin Craig, B.A., RBT

Senior Behavior Technician

Caitlin "Caitie" earned her Bachelors in Psychology from Cal State Fullerton in 2010 and has been working with children ever since. Caitlin began working with children with Autism as a behavior interventionist early 2015 and was quickly promoted to Senior Technician since earning her Registered Behavior Technician credential. Caitie demonstrates excellent behavior technician skills and is valued by all of the families that she has had the opportunity to work with.

Jacqueline Strayve, B.A., RBT

Senior Behavior Technician

Jacqueline began working with children with Autism in 2011 and has a broad breath of experience working under prominent BCBAs on the East and West costs. Jacqueline is experienced across the spectrum and across a wide ante range. Jacqueline demonstrates excellent behavior technician skills and is valued by all of the families that she has had the opportunity to work with.

Rita Kamegai-Karadi, B.A., RBT

Senior Behavior Technician

Rita earned her Bachelors in Psychology from University of California Santa Cruz in 2012 and has been working with children with autism ever since. Rita is currently pursuing her BCBA credential and is excited for ongoing advancements in the field of ABA.

Erin Pontius

Senior Behavior Technician

Erin began working with children with Autism as a behavior interventionist and skills trainer in 2013. Erin began her career in the field of ABA and Autism in Los Angeles, California where she is originally from. At present, Erin is working at Autism Care West while attending UNLV and earning her Master’s degree in Social Work.


Autism Care West maintains a close network of dozens of other ABA Therapists (Interventionists) who work with families funded through the ATAP and DRC programs. Autism Care West does not formally employ all the Interventionists with whom we train and supervise.
